Shyam Sirur has led Cotmac
since 1970 and has been the principal architect of
building the Cotmac Group of Companies, which under his
guidance, have grown by leaps and bounds. Then a trading
and cotton ginning company, Cotmac is today an
industrial automation, control panel manufacturing, chip
conveyors, CNC turning centres, solvent extraction
machinery, welding equipment organization with presence
in a number of countries.
As chairman of the Cotmac Group, Shyam provides the
vision, and works on new policies, new business models,
and joint ventures within the group. |

Shyam strongly believes that

As
Managing director of Cotmac Pvt. Ltd. Arjun is
responsible for world wide sales and business
development functions in Cotmac Pvt. Ltd, encompassing
all activities necessary for client acquisition/new
business development/revenue generation, like lead
generation and development, sales closure, customer
development and account management. He also drives
strategies to build new capabilities and new business
models.
He has 9 years of work experience across different
companies of Cotmac Group, in various roles ranging from
sales functions to sales management responsibilities.

Shivraj joined Cotmac Pvt. Ltd. 25 years ago and has
worked across various roles in the organization. A
double graduate in BSc, LLB, and director of Cotmac Pvt.
Ltd., he is responsible for Davangere, Shimoga,
Chennagiri and Hubli branches.

Vivek
has been responsible for Cotmac’s foray into the fast
moving consumer goods division. Cotmac’s entry as a C
and F agent for Amul is due to the efforts of Vivek
Sirur. Vivek brings 40 years of work experience to the
table and gives operational direction.

As
director of Cotmac Pvt. Ltd. Prahalad is completely in
charge of Hospet and Bellary branch operations. This
includes responsibility for people, processes and
technology. Having joined Cotmac 25 years ago, and
working his way through various and challenging roles
and responsibilities, he has been an invaluable asset to
the company. Prahalad holds a Bachelor of Science
degree.

Suman
is responsible for the accounts and financial aspects at
Cotmac Pvt. Ltd. She has done a study on database
viruses and her responsibilities include Finance, Legal,
Compliances and IS.
Suman has led initiatives to bring in processes of cost
control, debt restructuring and also participated in
Strategy and Risk Management.
She brings with her 25 years of work experience and has
worked in diverse areas like Strategic Planning,
Budgetary controls, Taxation, Accounting and MIS. |
