I personally know Cotmac group for
over 35 years. One of the better known trading houses in
Karnataka, they were representing the interests of Advani
Oerlikon in Karnataka and then in Pune. In the last 3
decades they have grown from a conservative business house
in the then sleepy town of Hubli, to an effective corporate
entity with interests in diverse industrial products.
Business conservatism has given way to aggressive business
forays, tempered by Shyam's financial wisdom and control and
the younger generation's enthusiasm. The things that have
not changed are the human touch and humility.

I joined Cotmac
Pvt.Ltd.,as a clerk in the year 1982. Today, as an Assistant
Manager of the Davangere branch, I take this opportunity to
thank the management who have treated all staff members with
respect and as their own family members and have extended
full co-operation and support to grow with the company in
all respects. It is indeed a great pleasure to be associated
with 'Cotmac'.

I began my
career at Cotmac as an office boy in the year 1979. Today I
am the Branch In-Charge of the Hubli CFA for Titan
Industries Ltd. managing transactions in excess of INR two
hundred million every year. In addition to the responsibility of
managing the Titan CFA at Hubli, I also supervise the
operations for our Goa branch.
In these 28 years, I have worked across almost every
function of the company - right from being a Record Keeper,
an Accounts Assistant, a Supervisor to my current
responsibility, as Branch In-charge.
Needless to say, Cotmac has been more than just an employer
for me. It has been like a parent. Quite literally, I have
grown up with the company & like a parent; Cotmac has
nurtured my growth both as a professional & as a person.

I am very proud
to be part of Cotmac for the past two decades. The

My stint in
Cotmac began as a sales executive in the year 2000. I have
had the opportunity to work in various areas right from a
sales executive to a branch in-charge. Cotmac is a great
place to work and there is a lot of scope to learn. The kind
of exposure I have got here is exceptional and I never felt
stagnant as there is constant learning and achieving
targets. I believe I have been able to succeed & surpass all
targets with the help of my superiors &

Having
been part of the Cotmac family since March 1982, I have seen
25 summers, the 25th being the silver summer. At this point
of transitioning from silver to gold as a Cotmac employee, I
am glad to say a few words which emerge from the bottom of
my heart. I have and am still enjoying very good support,
guidance and cooperation from the management, my superiors
and my colleagues. Cotmac has the family oriented atmosphere
that nurtures and guides me and makes my job very exciting.
I enjoy my work and I am very passionate about it. The work
